Position Description
The incumbent’s role is to be a Sr. Business Analyst for data architecture related projects. The projects are enterprise level new development currently in the blueprint phase.

Responsibilities include:
• Gather and document business requirements
• Analyze, define and document functional requirements
• Drive stakeholder participation and manage relationships effectively.
• Prepare use cases and user acceptance test plans
• Provide leadership and deep business knowledge toward enterprise level solutions


Position Requirements:
• 5+ years as business analyst in the financial industry, knowledge of risk management would be very helpful. Prior experience implementing a data warehouse also desired
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and/or a BI tool
• 3+ years working in projects related to Fixed Income and Equity Securities, Market Data and Securities Reference Data
• Proficient knowledge in Securities Pricing, Asset & Liability Management, Portfolio Performance Attribution and Risk Management• Able to negotiate, influence, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communications skills speaking and writing are required.
• Multitask, prioritize, follow through with attention to detail under tight deadlines
