Position Description
AIG Asset Management Group has an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst in the PAM Client Support Team.
The responsibilities for this role include:
- End user support for performing research and providing answers surrounding PAM behaviors, calculations and capabilities
- Coordination, testing and execution of PAM service packs for support of new functionality and regulatory releases
- Proposal and implementation of business solutions in response to client requests and needs
- Executing the monthly close process within a rotation of other PAM support team members
- Support and facilitate importing messages into PAM (Cash, Factors, OTTI, FAS91, Transfers, etc)
- Drafting written procedures of PAM support protocols and processes
- Set up and termination of accounts in PAM per instructions from Portfolio Administration
- Support PAM interface to Computron G/L system
Position Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3 to 5 years of prior client support experience of PAM for Securities
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or economics
- Proficient handling of large data sets
- Knowledge of SQL desirable
- Team player who can also make independent decisions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Word, Excel and MS Project
