Position Description
• Review weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting including Finance Committee, Monthly Investment Summary, Board Reports, AUM calculation of billable assets, Asset Allocation by Portfolio Management report and Realized Gains/Losses estimate
• Departmental interface with Asset Management Group (AMG) and Investment Accounting (IA) for all OTTI requests including preparation of quarterly files sent to asset managers for evaluation and subsequent files sent to IA to be processed into PAM
• Provide IA with supplementary investment information (e.g. ratings, sector, municipals) used to prepare their regulatory filings
• Ad hoc reporting as requested by various department throughout AMG

Position Requirements
Required:
• Accounting and/or Finance degree,
• 7-10 years experience in investment accounting and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Prior supervisory experience

Preferred:
• PAM for Investments
