Position Description

We are seeking a talented Receptionist who is highly motivated, enjoys working in a multi-faceted growing organization and can be a true partner in helping us to build a world class organization.

Responsibilities:
• Answer, screen and properly handle incoming calls. Greet guests in person and on the phone with a professional and pleasant demeanor.
• Accept and sign for packages; process mail and checks and distribute to appropriate destination.
• Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees.
• Maintain schedule for conference rooms.
• Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area and lobby.
• Maintain telecommunications database for employee directory information.
• Liaise with Facilities Coordinator to ensure supplies for meetings rooms, pantry and copy rooms are replenished as necessary.
• Assist with questions about the business and/or offer brochures with business information.

• Well organized, strong attention to detail and you enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a team of diverse people.
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining proactive, resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism.
• Positive attitude, you take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a team.
• Strong initiative, good judgment and the ability to reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes. Able to work autonomously and take direction with little to no lead.
• Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High School degree or equivalent. Associate’s degree a plus.
