Position Description
Position Overview: This position provides administrative support to the AIG Commercial Mortgage Loan Department. General responsibilities include answering phones, handling payroll, processing expenses and invoices, making travel arrangements, typing correspondence, coordinating meetings, copy projects and filing.

Position Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum nine months in current position at time of application with demonstrated consistent record of performance that meets or exceeds expectations.

2. College degree preferred, but not required.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills: verbal, written and listening.

4. Previous administrative experience is mandatory.

5. Must possess excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.

6. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills. Typing skills required.

7. Must be flexible and have the ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment.

8. Math and numbers aptitude is a plus.
