Position Description
Performs supervisory activities to support the Service Center Manager in the coordination and delivery of products. Assists in staff development and to identify solutions to facilitate training needs. Serves as an educational and training resource to ensure basic skills are intact and staff is progressiving to a higher level of performance.

Position Requirements
Minimum 5 yrs experience in disabiity management. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
