Position Description
Valuation, ALM, and actuarial analysis support for the Latin America Region. Specific functions include the following:

- Prepare, review, and analyze various actuarial items for territories in the region
- Review valuation methodology and assumptions, make recommendations as necessary
- Assist with the preparation of actuarial items for territorial budgets in the region
- Provide an actuarial resource to regional and local offices
- Perform Asset Liability Modeling including Cash Flow Testing and Economic Capital Models for the region. Analyze actuarial results compared to projections
- Make recommendations to improve the financial reporting process for the region
- Monitor developments in regulatory requirements and changes in actuarial standards

This position is located in Wilmington, Delaware. Relocation will be considered on a case by case basis.

Position Requirements
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
- College graduate. Major in actuarial science, mathematics, business/accounting, or computer science preferable
- Minimum of 5 years actuarial experience in life insurance valuation and financial modeling
- Familiarity with Polysystems, SAS, ALFA
- Strong analytical skills necessary
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Spanish Knowledge a plus
