The core responsibilities of a Level 1 Associate are entering data from applications to the system and sending out transfer paperwork to surrendering companies. The position requires data entry skills, attention to detail, strong customer service skills ,as well as a basic understanding of our annuity products and features.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a variety of experiences and skills including at a minimum, but not limited to:
• Introductory knowledge of systems, applications, policies and procedures of the department
• Basic PC Skills
• Introductory understanding of company products and features
• Demonstrate and practice basic written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrate ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines, department standards for quality and productivity
