Position Description
Responsible for GAAP and Statutory accounting and reporting for private equity/hedge fund investments, and derivative instruments. Oversee and assist in preparation of the monthly/quarterly close process which includes: asset and income reconciliations, journal entry postings, GAAP and Statutory investment schedules, board reports, rating agency surveys, preparation of financial statements, and various management reports. Ensure department compliance on Sarbanes-Oxley and other audit objectives.

Position Requirements
Big 4 CPA with minimum of six years experience. Bachelor's degree and strong Excel Skills also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
