Position Description
Our Wilmington, DE office is seeking an Accountant with at least 2 years experience to assist in the financial reporting for our Field Offices (international locations). Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and analyze all financial reporting for Delam Life Insurance Company (quarterly financial reporting, etc.)
• Document Delam Life reporting processes and procedures
• Prepare monthly vouchers, quarterly account reconciliations, and other non-routine accounting functions as required
• Assist with Home Office / Field Office ledger reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of additional quarterly financial schedules, management reporting, etc.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with statutory and GAAP reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully under tight deadlines
• Proficient PC skills, particularly with MS Windows applications and MS Office software
• Prior database experience is preferred, particularly with Hyperion Essbase
