Job ID #: DD - SrSAP Prog TH Location: DE-Wilmington (downtown) Functional Area: Information Technology Company Name: Alico Employment Type: Full Time - Regular Education Preferred: Bachelors Experience Required: 6-9 years Relocation Provided: No Position Description The Senior HFM Business Configuration Analyst is a functional role within the HFM project team and will provide functional development and reporting infrastructure support. The successful candidate will have completed prior HFM project assignments and implementations. Key requirements for the HFM analyst include working with business and Functional team members by providing design integration expertise for HFM/FDM conceptual and tactical interfaces with legacy systems operations preferably for a global insurance company; Functional development services supporting the integration of legacy systems to HFM/FDM. Program development and design including: analysis, data mapping, and specification development; test script process toolset expertise for development and execution of report and configuration testing; expertise with design and programming of legacy interface systems against HFM. Work cross functionally with the HFM team design, building and deploying a Global environment for HFM. • Responsible for the design and configuration of solutions and reports for complex business requirements in HFM/FDM. • Works with business and Functional team members to determine functional solutions to meet business requirements detail system design, analyzing the jobs/programs needed to be written or revised, and estimating the time and resources needed to complete the project/assignment. • Hands on development of complex requirements by utilizing HFM reporting • Utilizes test plans and tools to ensure programs are thoroughly tested before they are installed. Apply and recommend the appropriate tools and languages, which are needed to deploy/modify a business report or related VP scripting. • Responsible for problem analysis including: determining the cause, possible solutions, and implementation and communication of the final solution. • Actively solicits user involvement/information and applies it. Communication within team and with business users by various correspondences (memos, e-mail, and voicemail) to convey project/assignment status and information in terms clear to business and Functional users. • By understanding the overall flow of the business supported, is responsible for specific application areas and applies that knowledge to assigned projects. In addition, shares application/business knowledge with other IT and business associates. • Project related work in support of global roll-outs of HFM to diverse geographic locations • The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Relocation will be considered on a case by case basis. Position Requirements • Minimum five years in equivalent position • Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science or the foreign education equivalent, CPA or preferred CFA. • Five years financial accounting/reporting or actuarial background in a global insurance company preferred • Related occupation must include experience designing, configuring and testing customized processes for HFM insurance systems • Designing and implementing customized solutions in support of unique business requirements in HFM • Multiple Full Life Cycle HFM Implementation(s) including at least one in a lead HFM role in a global HFM deployment • Experience with Systems Upgrades in a lead HFM role • Multi-currency/multi-language and multi-basis accounting design and a hand’s on development experience • Experience with Fit-GAP analysis, design and development • Insurance/Financial Services background highly desirable • Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time when required in support of Global Projects.
