Position Description
This position is responsible for working within the CFO’s Department to provide information systems functions to meet their business application needs and reporting.

• Work with CFO Group to help them design and implement financial consolidation and reporting solutions leveraging the HFM product.
• Lead design workshops to define and understand the consolidation and financial reporting business requirements
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, task lists and design documents to manage the project
• Build the HFM application including dimensions, forms, business rules, security, etc.
• Utilize Hyperion financial Reports to build the required financial statements
• Provide information and recommendations around accounting practices and reporting standards including US Stat, US GAAP, IFRS, Tax, SOX etc.
• Define and recommend currency translation methods and best practices
• Communicate effectively with Alico Executives, Finance resources and IT resources
• Train the business users on how to administer the HFM system
• Prepare the appropriate system documentation

This position is located in Wilmington, Delaware. Relocation will be considered on a case by case basis.

Position Requirements
• 10+ years experience implementing and configuring the Hyperion HFM suite including HFM, FDM, Financial Reporting and EPMA Systems 11 experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting- Complementary certifications desired as well
• 5-10 years working experience in Accounting and Finance
• Desire to work in new environments with new people and new business challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills, capability to mitigate conflicts and find solutions, strong desire to succeed
• Proven leadership and communications kills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment or in a solo role
