We are seeking to hire a qualified candidate to fill the position of Fishing Tool Supervisor in our Malaysia – Labuan /Miri / Kemaman location.



Job Summary



Our operations in Malaysia is presently seeking candidates for the role of Fishing Tool Supervisors (FTS). This will be a live-in position. As a FTS, you will supervise all offshore fishing jobs including whip stocks, abandonment, thru-tubing equipment and all Smith Services equipment, offering advice and guidance to our clients in various locations in MALAYSIA.



Job Qualifications



· Completion of High School or Certificate from a Technical School

· 5 years+ experience as a Fishing Tool Supervisor or equivalent

· Thru-Tubing experience preferred, but not essential.

· Will act as a liaison between the rig site and in-location Operation Supervisors by attending morning meetings.

· Works closely with field and warehouse personnel and preparing tool lists and programs.

· Proven ability to form good business relationships with customers and employees.

· Strong commitment to company policies and procedures and QHSE.

· Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a challenging environment.

· Willing to travel as requested and must possess a valid driving license.

· Possess valid medical certificate and offshore survival certificates.

· Good organizational skills and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
