Job Description
Do you enjoy working with customers? Are you interested in working with a reputable company in Boise? Manpower is recruiting for call center associates with sales experience.

· Taking inbound phone calls from customers
· Building and maintaining strong customer rapport
· Turning inbound inquiries into product sales
· Handling all types of call situations: prospects and current customers


· Shift flexibility may be required
· $12-$14 per hour
· Potential for overtime

Candidate Profile
· Mortgage or real estate experience is helpful, but must be able to excel in a fast-paced call center environment
· College degree or equivalent experience is preferred
· Adequate knowledge of computers and a willingness to learn new systems
· Must be able to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty
