Line of Business: LENDMARK Job Category: Office / Administrative / Client Service Primary Purpose: Assist the Branch Manager with the operational, service and sales activities of a particular branch. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other Duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Assist with the management and motivation of the staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections and expense. Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend loan decisions; process consumer and real estate loans; close consumer loans; collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency (45%) 2. Assist manager with business development relationships within his/her community. Sell products and services to meet sales goals (25%) 3. Assist with matters regarding hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable (10%) 4. Ensure a high quality of customer service. Assist customers with the implementation of solutions, and monitor overall customer satisfaction (10%) 5.
