Line of Business: OPS - GENERAL Job Category: Professional Primary Purpose: Under limited supervision, responsible for actively resolving day-to-day needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes, dissecting problems and suggesting solutions. Includes process analysis, design, and simulation. Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to existing business environment, and be proactive in identifying and applying emerging business technologies and processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other Duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Leads small work teams in development of strategic plans, leveraging both technical solutions and business process improvement. Make recommendations based on findings to department manager/head. 2. Coordinates systems implementation, testing and any training that becomes necessary as a result of conclusions reached in project-related activities of systems implementation or policy change. Serves as the primary technical resource of an assigned system. 3. Utilizes PC and/or mainframe based systems and software; compiles and prepares reports, graphs, and charts of data developed. 4. Proactively participates in continuous review and updates of current policies and procedures to ensure that they meet changing business unit conditions. 5. Documents and maintains statistics, records and reports that help establish policies, procedures and quality control standards. 6. Provides input, counsel, and leadership to support planning and prioritization of business systems-related activities. Includes developing the business unit systems plan using knowledge of industry trends and technologies to integrate that plan with the corporate systems plan. Primary Purpose



Under the general supervision of the managing IT Risk Management Specialist, provide various administrative and support duties related to internal audit and regulatory examination portfolio management. Assist in data compilation and analysis relative to the identification and resolution of audit and examination issues/findings, as well as trending and analysis. Provide the appropriate level of support for the completion of SAS70 reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 testing by external auditors. Serve as a resource for the department in completing project-related tasks and special assignments or initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities (List in order of importance)



1.


As directed, provide general audit/regulatory examination support for primary departmental objectives, including audit process framework, audit portfolio management, and issue management/tracking.







2.


Provide support in the production of value-based audit portfolio/issue management reporting to the Operations Division and IT Services Senior Management Team by compiling relevant data and analyzing for integrity and trending.







3.




Provide support in the ongoing development of the audit/regulatory awareness and educational training program.







4.


Provide support in managing data collection and analysis for SAS70 reviews and annual SOX 404 testing activities.







5.


Provide support for departmental projects, initiatives or special assignments as needed.










Minimum Qualifications (Education, experience, licensure, training, and specific skills to fulfill the primary duties and responsibilities of the job)



1. Two year degree in Business Administration or Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related work experience.
2. One year project or initiative related experience.
3. Effective interpersonal skills.
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
5. Effective analytical and organizational skills.
