Minimum Requirements : Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent field.

Working knowledge of Microstation, AutoCAD and Structural Software.

Ability to perform simple calculations.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite 2000).

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Valid Driver's License.

Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.
Job Description : This position will work on projects from small County Culverts to major State multi-span bridges, and all associated elements.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Structural Department Manager and will work within the New Jersey Transportation Group, comprised of 16 engineers.

Assist in the preparation of design contract documents on a variety of assignments.

Perform technical work on assigned projects.

Perform field assignments.
