Contracts Administrator, Commercial Contracting Duties: Provide support to the company's Contracts Group in connection with the management and administration of the company's commercial contracts process. Provide assistance to Commercial Contracting Group attorneys and to internal customers regarding contracts process. Provide initial review and research gathering for all vendor contract requests, managing and maintaining a dedicated Microsoft Outlook mailbox, providing input on project requirements and coordination of the implementation of those requirements (i.e., compliance with corporate and department policies and promptly and independently assisting in the resolution of any open issues). Manage Siebel (Oracle custom database), including generation of database reports (custom and standard) on a quarterly, annual, and an as-needed basis. Ensure proper execution, indexing and filing of all vendor contracts in accordance with department and corporate protocols. Act as a single point of contact for group in coordinating process elements and resolving problems at all stages of the vendor contracting process, including with the Strategic Sourcing and Compliance Departments. Take the lead on the preparation of and negotiations relating to certain standard contracts, including Nondisclosure Agreements and Business Associate Agreements. Project management and special project support as needed, including collaboration across business areas and functions.

Requirements: BA/BS plus minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in contract management and/or related work as a paralegal. Siebel Database experience is a plus. CPM or CPSM is a plus. Some experience in contract drafting and negotiation and/or experience working with legal and business owners to structure contracts. Ability to interact with employees at all levels within a complex organization. Highly skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, including, but not limited to, advanced knowledge of the following: Microsoft Office XP or 2007, Word, and Excel.
