Description
This position reports to the Pipeline Operations Superintendent, oversees the management of the EOG Midstream Division - Pecan Pipeline (North Dakota) Stanley, ND compressor fleet (company owned, and rental where applicable) and will work as a team member with others in the Stanley Gathering and Processing System operations. General responsibilities include: scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and all maintenance documentation; optimization of running units and placement of new units within a geographical area; all daily, monthly and ad hoc reports: Safety and Environmental reporting, as needed, to both field and office management; managing compressor mechanics and providing routine “hands on” and classroom training for compressor mechanics and lease operators.
Requirements
We require 10 years of related experience with a minimum of 5 years at supervisory level, good written and verbal communication skills and working experience with Excel and compressor optimization software. The successful candidate is a team player who is results oriented, has a strong sense of urgency and high attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
