The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day to day administration of policies & programs. The Generalist performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, affirmative action and employment equity program, new hire orientation, hourly & salary benefits administration, hourly labor scheduling & payroll functions.

Reqs: Bachelor's with 2 yrs human resources exp; benefits administration/compensation & other HR programs exp; good written & oral communication skills; excellent computer skills including knowledge of Excel, database mgmt & record keeping. PHR or SPHR certification & experience in manufacturing preferred.
