Overview:

Terex Utilities is a truck equipment final stage manufacturer of digger derricks, aerial devices and associated equipment for the utility industry, municipals, telecommunications, tree and electrical contractor markets. The qualified candidate will supervise production workers, facilitate the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Processes. Council and direct production workers, schedules work and work hours.


Responsibilities:

• Prior leadership/supervisor experience
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to resolve conflicts and apply good employee relation techniques

• Must have basic PC skills with the ability to improve them
• Lean Manufacturing processes flow experience/knowledge
• Understanding of TAKT time and Cycle time and able to calculate them
• Understanding of Percent Load Charts and able to generate them
• Strong Understanding of Single Piece Flow
• Ability to implement new techniques an processes
• Ability to identify and eliminate waste within manufacturing processes
• Experience with Equipment Maintenance


Qualifications:

EDUCATION/TRAINING



• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred BS/BA
• Lean Manufacturing Experience

• Prior leadership/supervisor experience
