Terex Utilities is a truck equipment final stage manufacturer of digger derricks, aerial devices and associated equipment for the utility industry, municipals, telecommunications, tree and electrical contractor markets.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for development, implementation, and support of manufacturing systems, processes, and procedures in a manner consistent with lean principles within a steel fabrication, welding, and final assembly environment. This position is also responsible for working with product engineering on new product development and change management, and provides leadership to the plant technical team.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• BS in Engineering
• Experience in implementation of lean principles, tools and methods
• Project Management experience
• Experience with tooling design
• Experience coaching and developing Team Members
• Experience creating engineering drawings and schematics
• Understanding and use of precision measuring instruments
• Flexible work schedule including travel as necessary
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Supports other company initiatives as required
