Description:

Per diem to work as needed to perform Radiology exams. Perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radio logic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Accountable for the professional and technical ability to perform high quality examinations with minimal supervision and within the protocols and guidelines set by the Department of Imaging Services. Responsible for maintaining and stocking of supplies, rooms and equipment as outlined by department supervision. Expected to maintain high standards of technical competence and be an example and assist other technical personnel and student radiographers within the department. Required to participate in on-call coverage as part of the modality of the essential of the job requirement.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved Program of Radiologic Technology
ARRT registered or registry eligible
Current BLS Certification
Current Florida License or temporary license until ARRT registered
