Description:

To provide proficient, age specific, professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing patients for IV therapy in accordance with legal, Hospital practice and departmental policies and procedures, established standards of nursing care and practice, and as defined by the state of Tennessee.
Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from an approved RN program.
Experience: 3-5 years clinical experience required, chemotherapy and PICC line insertion certification preferred
Professional Requirement: Current applicable state RN licensure/permit
Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification
