Long Description:
F-15E MTC Instructor. Performs classroom and Simulator training. Develops, delivers and conducts high performance combat aircraft specific instruction and support using current tactics and employment standards in the F-15E MTC to include: Aircrew Mission Qualification; Conversion/Transition and/or Requalification; Instructor Pilot/Instructor WSO Upgrade; Flight Lead Upgrade, Mission Commander Upgrade. Participates and interfaces with military staff and operational level combat aircrew customers. Provides input for developing and modifying flight manuals, defining training requirements, standards and curriculum, schedules and related documentation. Defines specific combat aircrew instruction and operational philosophies; standardization processes; evaluation procedures; instructional techniques and methods with military customers to safely achieve contractual standards and aircrew certification requirements.

Typical Education/Experience Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
