POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide supervision and direction to Maintenance crews. This position will effectively track and communicate maintenance task and project status. Reporting all maintenance activities to the Maintenance Supervisor.

ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to ensure safe work practices are followed and regularly conduct tailgate (JSA) safety meetings and safety inspections
Prioritize and coordinate the workloads of Hess Maintenance personnel and full-time contractors
Ensure the coordination of the work to optimize transportation, minimize downtime, optimize production, and avoid environmental and safety risks
Act as a liaison between field personnel and other functional support groups
Prepare cost estimates for planned work
Participate in emergency response activities as required
Participate in HazOp reviews as required
Daily review of Iconics

Qualifications

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
Strong technical and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize field maintenance with production needs
Strong computer skills, including Hess applications
Willing to accept responsibility and accountability with a positive attitude
Good communication skills
Team Player
Knowledge of safety/environmental with a positive attitude

EXPERIENCE:
Typically more than 7 years of related experience
Proven safety experience/training regarding oil and gas operations including but not limited to, confined space, lock out tag out, H2S, personal protective equipment, etc

EDUCATION / TRAINING:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Computer literate.
