Description
Honeywell Aerospace is a $11B+ SBG (Strategic Business Group) with 40,000 employees in over 125 domestic and international locations. We are a leading global aviation supplier designing, manufacturing, and distributing advanced electronic systems, products, and services to commercial, defense and space industries.

The Customer Support Operations organization within Honeywell Aerospace is responsible for excellence in customer service and in executing customer requirements. We currently have multiple Customer Support Representative openings available, working with our commercial OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). The requirements of the position will include internal customer interaction, quotation process management, order management, customer inquiry response, and other business processes. Business systems usage will include SAP order management, various Honeywell Legacy Systems, Microsoft Office tools, and Honeywell specific operating systems.

Key success factors include:

-Number and age of orders in queue.
-Number and age of disputes in queue.
-Internal and external customer satisfaction.
-Effective communication with internal and external customers.
-Identify process execution improvement opportunities.
-Ability to thrive in a start-up environment; good team builder.


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:

-Must be a US citizen only.
-Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in English, written and verbal.
-Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of degree, must have 4 years of relevant customer service experience.
-At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Excel specifically)


Additional Qualifications:


-Experience with complex business applications such as Siebel or SAP.
-Experience in the aviation industry.
-Experience with legacy Honeywell systems, such as AS400, Coop, Reflections, Scores, AESOM.
-Ability to effectively communicate with customers and with internal coworkers.
-Excellent time management and organization skills.
-Strong customer service skills and experience including effective listening, persuasion, and creative problem solving.
-Ability to learn and understand customer profiles, characteristics, and emotions.
