As an employee development coach, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor new employees to operational proficiency using established systems, tools and protocol. You will monitor phone calls and provide individual and small group feedback aimed at improving individual performance and inspiring employees to succeed.



Qualifications


* You must be a current Customer Service Representative at DIRECTV. External applicants must apply for the Customer Service Representative position.
* You must have 6 months of DIRECTV experience with no disciplinary actions strongly preferred.
* You must have an exemplary attendance record.

* Coaches model professional DIRECTV behavior at all times.
* Coaches are trained, certified and skilled to take incoming customer phone calls.
* Coaches are aware of the Adult Learning Theory and of our learning environment at DIRECTV.
* Coaches apply their understanding of call center performance metrics and affect improved behavior in employees.
* Coaches address performance and/or behavioral issues in an effective and professional manner.
* Coaches will take on any additional projects as needed by their supervisors.
