GROUP: Philanthropic Management The Philanthropic Management group within Bank of America delivers expertise and comprehensive services to help our clients build and sustain their missions. We lead the industry in serving both institutions and individuals by seamlessly integrating philanthropy into their broader financial relationships. POSITION SUMMARY: This role is the primary point of contact and is the service provider for existing and newly developed core (smallest) private and institutional philanthropic relationships:

* Ensures quality and timeliness of client service delivery
* Is accountable for client satisfaction and retention
* Is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the investment management portion of the client relationship.
* Manages client profitability and develop a profitable book of business by designing and implementing various strategies based on the needs and goals of each client relationship
* Is responsible for managing risk within the book of business
* Is responsible for maintaining current knowledge of developing trends in philanthropy and impact of recent legislation


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum of 5 years of related client management experience, specifically with philanthropic products (e.g. endowments and family foundations).
* Charitable Trust management experience strongly preferred
* Trust and estate experience
* College degree and/or a CFA or CTFA desirable

SKILLS:

* Advanced Relationship Management
* Advanced client service and problem solving
* Above average communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Depth of knowledge of fiduciary administration
* Knowledge and understanding of investment vehicles and options and restraints for philanthropic accounts
* A background in endowment management and administration is highly desirable
* Ability to work in a team environment and to be an effective partner while maintaining the ability to work independently
* Understanding of risk management and mitigation in the service environment
