At present we have an excellent opportunity for a QUALITY SPECIALIST in the Logistics/Values Add Quality group in our Reno, NV location



Position Summary:



Track and maintain containment requirements.

File both customer and supplier corrective actions when required.

File internal corrective action reports when required.

Audit internal processes and procedures.

Analyze quality trends and help drive process improvements.

Interface with Arrow Sales, Product, Logistics and Arrow Customers via phone, email, site visits, audits and tours.

Maintain and update PDC Quality Stat Report, Supplier Report System and NAC Credit Database.

Serve as Military Quality Liaison for the NAC Logistics. Includes the coordination of Military.

Source Inspection activities.



Minimum Qualifications:





* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience

* 0-2 years related experience

* Knowledge of ISO, quality standards

* Failure Analysis skills

* Knowledge of MS office suite

* Both interpersonal and analytical skills essential

* Understanding of Arrow systems (WMS, on-line, etc.) preferred
