JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager Broker Services oversees and supervises the broker service phone team. Responsible for reporting, licensing, broker agreements, and process improvements.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages broker services phone team, including hiring and development.
*
Manages general reporting and administration of broker override agreements and contests.
*
Oversees licensing and appointment for associates and brokers in state, as well as out of state.
*
Manages, develops and implements broker & GA agreements, consulting with legal. Includes broker warnings and terminations.
*
Assists with developing broker communications.
*
Participates in product and process teams, including inter-departmental teams.
*
Performs other duties as necessary.


Qualifications


REQUIREMENTS:



Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent



Certification/License:

California Life Agent Insurance License issued by the DOI (or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire) Must be able to obtain additional states' insurance licensing as required by DOI regulations.



Experience: Minimum five years industry experience, including at least three years call center experience. Previous managerial experience.



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to analyze data and make decisions
