POSITION TITLE: 705 CTS DMO Analyst

PRIMARY FUNCTION(S)
Participate as part of a dynamic team of technical experts that sustain the missions of the 705th Combat Training Squadron (705 CTS). The 705 CTS is responsible for operating the Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) – the USAF’s centerpiece for the development, integration, and application of live, virtual and constructive simulation capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Duties include (but are not limited to):
(1)Modeling and Simulation (M&S) systems operation and analysis. Analysis of new M&S system and assessing impact and value.
(2)Management and control of system assessment process
(3)Conducting and documenting studies to verify user requirements
(4)Analysis of selected models on operational tests, test objectives, test results, data elements and measures of effectiveness.
(5)Analyze test data, identify trends and propose methods to improve test efficiency.

MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: MS (Applied Statistics, Ops Research, mathematics or related discipline) with 3 years experience, BS in same fields with 5 years relevant operational experience, no degree with 10 years relevant operational experience.
Relevant Experience (amount and type): Modeling and Simulation test analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Operational military experience. Rated aviator.
