The qualified candidate will provide CNO intelligence analysis, technical assistance, linguistic/cultural skills, research, writing, production and dissemination in support of USSTRATCOM. Candidate will develop and maintain the strategic cyber I&W mission responsibilities to include producing strategic cyber Warning Problems, WATCHCON Change Reports (WCR), Threat Warning Assessments, and all Defense Indications and Warning System (DIWS) related products as directed. Will develop and conduct the strategic cyber JIPOE process. Will provide analytic and technical assessments of nationally and internationally developed adversarial entity capabilities, intent and strategic threat implications and coordination/integration on CNO intelligence across the intelligence community. Candidate will conduct all-source long-term and current analysis to support the cyber mission. Will integrate US-NAT and I-NAT information with sensitive and classified reporting. Will obtain current information on rapidly evolving analytical techniques, potential cyber threats, plans and activities. Will assess information for impacts and incorporate required changes into ongoing tasks. Will develop and maintain cyber intelligence capability to support OPLAN efforts. Will develop partnership with the I-NAT by providing the US and 5-Eyes community with strategic, timely and actionable open source information. Will obtain and reproduce required analytical and technical data. Will participate in planned and short-notice meetings and present solutions to identified problems. Will attend conferences/symposiums. Will build continuity books, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and visualization charts.
• Must have cyber all-source intelligence experience.
• Must have linguistic/cultural skills and adversary cultural knowledge.
• Must have experience working with USSTRATCOM missions.
• Must have experience in managing network and system administrator functions.
• Must have strong oral and written communications skills.
• Must have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
