As a Production Manager you will be responsible for the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the plant. You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards for all garments and other goods, with a focus on providing outstanding service to our customers. You will evaluate the performance of the plant equipment and recommend capital purchases. You will need to recruit and build a strong team in your plant. It is important to coordinate and have a strong relationship with the sales and service team. You will need to direct and supervise plant employees and provide a motivational environment.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-4 years of production experience is required for this position. You need to demonstrate positive results in productive labor standards and work measurements and have strong customer service skills. The skills in management, labor relations, and communication are essential to this role. Previous responsibility in P & L, budget, and OSHA is preferred. A safety-oriented attitude is beneficial and important.
