The Plant Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining plant equipment, support systems, and facility in the best condition to maximize production efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-starter and proficient at troubleshooting and problem solving. As Plant Maintenance Manager you will be required to manage a Preventive Maintenance program, parts inventory, utility consumption, equipment material history, schedule and track the day to day functions of the maintenance staff.



Qualifications

Ideal candidate will possess a two year technical degree or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years maintenance experience, ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, basic knowledge of codes, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally. Candidate should also possess problem solving , leadership and team building skills.
