As a Location Manager you will assist the Food Service Director in daily operation and management of a contract foodservice account involving retail food points of sale (a service area(s) which is/are physically separated from the unit's main food production area). You will plans, directs and coordinate food service activities in order to deliver a finished food product to customers within the retail location. Primarily responsible for food service at an assigned location(s) and typically is not involved in food production activities. Directly supervises two or more employees with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases. Performs manual labor no more than 20% of the time.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) as well as 1-3 years experience in foodservice operations; restaurant, retail food outlet, food court, etc. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. Knowledge of accounting, staffing & scheduling, sanitation and safety is required. Previous production and merchandising experience is desired. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
