The Program Manager/Engineering Manager will have responsibility for people management, service quality, client relationships and financial performance.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management responsibility for mechanical and capital projects
- Direct accountability for client relationships
- Develop/maintain budget
- Ensure quality of service delivery
- Manage resources efficiently
- Communicate regularly with Resident District Manager
- Maintain client satisfaction - externally and internally
- Project and report financial results

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
- Education: BS in Engineering highly preferred
- Experience: 5-10 years related experience
- Background in DDC is prefered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Demonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage client relationships and prioritize time and resources accordingly
- In-depth understanding and "hands on" experience with any or all of the following systems - HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning and/or chillers
